Due to the fact that our products are handmade and unique to you, we do not accept returns, or offer exchanges. Our products cannot be altered after production, and as such we recommend that you double check your measurements and the details of your order before placing it, to ensure a perfect fit.

 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a genuine manufacturing defect, please send us an email at customerservice@leashables.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to work with you to find a reasonable resolution.
